low pay and increment, too many old staff resulting in newer staff taking up major workload, not so good for career progression

I can only speak for the Marketing Department - management low stress work load no drama taking time off was never an issue department was always aware of equipment needs Shimadzu in general was a very friendly environment

Cons

Pay could have been higher I didn't see opportunity for career growth or upward mobility lack of studio for videography and photography lack of proper storage area for equipment
