Pros

Stable job as long as you get things done or don't get into trouble that raises the attention of your boss or management. Most colleagues are friendly and willing to teach or share their experiences with you. Superiors and bosses are generally understanding.

Cons

Salary is on the lower end of the spectrum. The company tends to focus more on length of service over actual work ethics and performance when considering candidates for promotions and courses. Still a long way to go in optimising systems and processes for day-to-day work and operations. HR does not seem too keen on organising bonding activities for the staff and it really just feels like a workplace.

Just don't.

Pros

Maybe bonuses? Nothing really to share. Terrible experience.

Cons

Everything. The dictatorship is appalling and unethical. You're treated like a 5 year old by management and HR doesn't support the employees. Good luck if you have a critical issue - it's likely you'll be discriminated against.
