Aggressively pursuing growth opportunities - leadership is transparent about this. Company places priority on the right things - it's people and strategic growth. Promising pipeline. Respectful, smart and passionate people who are enjoyable to work with (most with lots of industry experience). Company has begun making more investments in talent development. Great place to work for lots of hands on experience and ability to impact.

Smaller company so can feel like fewer opportunities than "big pharma"

Pros

Most of the individuals I worked with were wonderful, kind people. Good respect for work/life balance. PTO/benefits are good. Hybrid schedule is very flexible.

Cons

Working for this company felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football. Upper management demands innovation and creates conditions which make it impossible simultaneously. Japan completely controls the US subsidiary in a way that makes any sort of decision making laborious and frustrating.

Great company for opportunity to grow and move up. They like to promote from within.

Cons

Parent company in Japan still has too much control of what is done here in the US. Senior management in US is not allowed to run things their way.
