Pros

Benefits such as health insurance and car. You might hit your bonuses if you live in Texas and the products are covered, forget about it anywhere else.

Cons

Lack of communication/leadership from home office, products with bad managed care, company is always realigning, changing products, and laying off employees. There were product launches with no samples or marketing literature.

Can make money with good territory/ a little luck, 20 vacation/personal/sick to start- essentially 4 weeks vaca. Very nice

Cons

Can make 0 bonus with bad luck, hard work, good products but tough e sell, generally older or small market niche products
