Shionogi has had a lot of turnover with leadership which leads to turnover within management and field sales. No consistency

Used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Upper Management has no clue how to run a business. Company has virtually divested its entire portfolio. Company only has one (1) promoted product. Company has laid off Sales force almost every year. Turnover is a huge problem. Product pipeline is dismal.

Had a good products was good for a while. Decent pay and commissions, Was a good work environment until the lay offs started.

Cons

Poor management style, they had way to many managers and they started to micro manage. hey had a poor business plan that lead to the layoffs.
