Mistreatment by Manager during and after Compassionate Leave; they kick you when you are down.

Cons

Entrenched Bullying and Overwork, and then you are blamed if you ask a colleague for help out of hours.

Cefiderocol is a good drug that literally saves lives. The salary is also fair depending on your experience.

Cons

Management is way too hands on for the experience of the reps that are here. Some KAMs have 20+ years experience, but are managed as if they are in a primary care role for the first time in their career. Also, the bonus is CAPPED and not at industry standard. Even if you blow your numbers out of the water, it won't make much difference in your pay out. There is no path for career development either.
