Great company to break into pharma.

Pros

Great entry level pharma experience and would recommend to a friend who was looking to break into the business. Good benefits. Made lasting relationships with many who have left and who are still there and overall has great people to work with as colleagues.

Cons

Management lacked direction. The company values are good but seem to be a bit cut throat when needed. I wouldn't say it has the greatest stability but in pharma that's hard to come by anyway. Good work-life balance if you have the right manager. Benefits not quite as good as some bigger companies but still better than what you will find outside of the medical industry.
