Pros

Good Salary, generous PTO package. Challenging work and great experience for when you will have to find a new job, which will happen if the trending continues. Co workers and worker bee levels are outstanding, hard working and honest.

Cons

No employee loyalty, untrustworthy management, company is in downward spiral. Work pressure and load is enormous, continuously have to prove yourself which still will not guarantee you employment. Upper level politics are rampant.. You can feel the negative vibe in the air, it's all around. Proceed with employment with caution.

Company car, tons of flexibility during the day

Cons

Too many to list...upper management has NO clue what they are doing. Company tries to hold reps to the standards that a larger pharma co would expect, but, they give zero to inconsistent guidance on how to make numbers and money. Speaking of money, there is none. You will get a terrible base and very little commission.
