Pros

Paid Time Off is above average, so you can get away from the stresses. The coworkers are very pleasant and have good experience.

Cons

Poor communication, inexperienced management, overall benefit package is below average for the location in comparion with competition. Slow to adjust from tiny company chaos small company with good practices.

Pros

The medications that Shionogi promotes are good medications (Doctors like them, even if managed care coverage isn't always great), I was always able to get time off when I needed it, and my manager was pretty laid back.

Cons

There wasn't much opportunity for growth, there were frequent changes with upper management, and there were several rounds of layoffs while I was there.
