Pros

Great work environment, and a wonderful location as a company. Very smart employees. The atmosphere is what drives employee motivation to do well.

Cons

As more internships role through, create an area in the workplace solely for interns so they can sit and do their work. I understood that at the time of my arrival, they were redecorating the area, yet in the future more space isn't a threat.

Pros

Incredibly positive, motivating culture. It's a company full of smart, engaged people working hard to create a great experience for clients. We're expanding, which means room for growth, and there's tons of evidence of internal promotions. SC is agile in its thinking, so anyone has the opportunity to make a big impact.

Cons

Not the best pay, particularly for Boulder. That said, the benefits are top-notch.
