Pros

The people that work with you are truly passionate, intelligent, and dedicated. The environment is positive, and supportive. Everyone likes to have a good time, and knows how to prioritize. Its the tech and wine industry!

Cons

Change is a big constant here, as well as the expectation of doing whatever it takes. These aren't cons in my opinion, but they are something to watch out for if these values don't resonate with you.

Pros

Your coworkers are amazing. No bad eggs. Incredible culture and much focus on work hard / play hard atmosphere. Working in the wine industry also has its perks. : )

Cons

Interview process is not for the faint of heart. If you don't really want to work here, you won't make it to the last round.
