Pros

*Friendly professionals who are helpful, kind and generous with their knowledge *Recruiting was ON POINT! Seven (7) calendar days from first interview to offer * Interview process was spectacular. We did 4 small panels with relevant questions and exercises. Once call with a Director and one with their VP. They weren't there to score points, they really want to know how you think. * They are managing their explosive growth extremely well. * They keep their clients in the forefront of their minds *Onboarding was smooth, not even grading on a "we're all remote now" curve.

Cons

I've been looking but so far I haven't found a significant dent in their armor.

Pros

The benefits and perks are great. My favorite perk being the free food. The morale is impressive, granted the energy and vibe varies across departments. The product is solving a unique problem with room to grow and build upon, making it really engaging to work on. It's an exciting time to be a part of Shipstation, especially since they are growing rapidly. The management team has a lot of great leadership.

Cons

I don't know how my pay compared to others', however from my view, pay was low. It was one of the main selling points for my leaving, despite shipstation being a great place to work. It can get cliquey.
