      Pros

      Startup. intelligent co workers. free snacks. competitive fooz.

      Cons

      Zero transparency. Management is lacking (non-existent) in the new departments. Impossible to move-up based on skill alone. if you dont fit the mold, you will be let go of in a moments notice. zero work life balance.

      The only con would be the pay, but for entry level positions one can't be mad about putting in time to be promoted.

      Pros

      People are really excited about the work that we do. There's a lot of transparency on what we are doing and why and the decisions that are made, and why, across all departments and roles. Even in the most stressful times, it hasn't felt like a grind and I have always enjoyed coming in every day. The company has grown and is continuing to grow. This is really cool to see and be a part of, and this has given people a lot of opportunities. I think things will continue to focus on personal growth.

      Cons

      - It can be chaotic and it moves quickly - if you thrive in that kind of situation, this isn't a con. - Open floor plan can be loud - Work/life balance can be tough, but it's what you make it. I've also seen this be a huge Pro, so I do think this is what you make it. You can choose to be a workaholic or figure out how to balance doing good work and taking time for yourself and family and ShipStation will help.
