Pros

Intelligent people, great office culture, challenging yet rewarding work, and especially the ability to grow into the company. Other than all of the great benefits (which are pretty sweet), working for a company that really CARES about YOU and your end goal, and of course, your impact on the company is really encouraging. I really can't imagine a better workplace elsewhere.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons at the moment.

It's hard to think of anything that is truly a con when working at ShipStation. Every business has growing pains and ShipStation tries its best to be proactive and not reactive.
