Pros

Great idea of a Product. Energetic employees.

Cons

The company has really outgrew the Management's ability or vision. The Company lacks a clear strategy and is run like a good old boys club. It is not clear that there is unified strategy behind the relationship with all the partners.

Pros

Cutting/occasionally bleeding edge technology stack, novel ideas enouraged, they give you plenty of rope, management does what they say they are going to do and keep their committments. Not sure about all the negativity in some of these reviews. In my experience the CEO and other mgrs are deeply interested in employee satistaction despite being blunt and too the point. Everytime I was told something, my mgr and the CEO made it happen in less time than promised and everyone was trying very hard to satisfy all employees...no easy task. At the end of the day it's a fast paced vertical but probably the best job I've had. I had to make a change to satisfy some family obligations. Challenging, fun, with spot on leadership.

Cons

Occasionally leave employees too much to their own devices and criticize after the fact. Mgt occasionally interjects itself into the dev process leading to duplication of effort and confusion for employees. Organizational size and structure leaves little room for advancement, however to be fair, when a new position opens up, internal folks get first shot which is nice. I would expect this last point will chance with continued growth and evolution.
