Pros

Some good people pay was not very competitive, but still fine.

Cons

I'll put it this way: they lost a $275 million contract with the VA due to gross negligence. Seriously. Google it. One of the worst, most horribly mismanaged places I've ever worked at.

Shipcom has a very fair and lucrative job offer process. They're willing to grant you your desired salary if their offer is below your expectations.

Cons

No cons when it comes to salary, all my expectations were met.

Pros

Pay was good and the company was very flexible with your family requirement. I have seen them go out of their way to take care of people who had concerns at home. They are a very family oriented company as the owner and sr. staff put family first. The owner is very future-oriented in the sense that he is visionary.

Cons

The company grew too fast for the management mindset to change with the growth and had a lot to learn.
