Other than the amazing people I work with, company parties, happy hours, great benefits, and extremely competitive compensation - I derive a lot of pride and respect for this company from it's leaders. They have surgical attention to detail, a mastered strategy, determined focus, and most importantly warm souls. Everyone in this company exudes a level of talent and ability that fosters a sense of camaraderie in achieving success together. Plus we have good coffee. hmmmm that tasty tasty coffee.......
Cons
Since I have to write something here - The office we work at right now is kind of weird. Being spread between 3 different offices on 2 floors, one of which is a bit cramped, is a little annoying. But that is just the growing pains of a successful start up! Word has it we are looking for a new office space so this problem looks to be null in the future. Work can be demanding at times but it is worth it.
