      Pros

      -Free food and snacks -Beautiful office building -Good place to get sales fundamentals

      Cons

      The career path for sales is non existent. The sales team is a completely new set of faces every ten months. Anyone who actually sticks around for a while switches out of the department. Also, you could fudge your numbers to hit KPIs pretty easily. This seemed to be the sales culture, at least when I was hired on there.

      ShippingEasy moves *fast*. This environment is for people that love to have an impact, produce great work, and be recognized for it. Feedback is heard and addressed. Transparency is upheld at every turn and a desire to win permeates the culture. Top performers are given tons of opportunities to contribute in big ways, develop skillsets, and impact their colleagues. Training and development are upheld as a priority - if you take advantage of it, you'll certainly grow throughout your time at ShippingEasy. I'll always be grateful for my time at ShippingEasy. Oh and bonus, the views from the office are stunning.

      Pros

      - They know how to hire people who are nice, smart & have a good "work hard, play hard" mentality. Everyone is super eager to help & lend a hand whenever needed. - Company values are awesome. They put the employee first & really want you to succeed not only at the company but in life. - Happy hours are, of course, a plus. - Open communication between higher execs & the whole company is great. They let you know exactly what's going on with the business. Katie, the CEO, is an unbelievable human.

      Cons

      - Sometimes communication between specific departments is a little lax & therefore confusing. - Not a ton of room for upward mobility.
