      Pros

      Working at Shipt was a great experience the pay was great and flexibility was great.

      Cons

      They don’t give a damn for shoppers making great progress in the field, although you respect they’re policies and you build a great professional relationship with customers and store managers you’re still being treated unfairly; discrimination/racism in Target stores against you as a shopper is a 100. Be prepared to be accused and have all kinds of bad reports to screw up your reputation because they train Target employees to Target you even if you’re successful in the field; just to eliminate you on they’re platform.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and inclusive environment. It's easy to become motivated when your manager and teammates are all positive with a drive to improve their work and their team.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by Target, Shipt does not cover a lot team outings as it used to when Shipt was a startup. As a result, the team bonding potential is limited.

      Little now. Was great when I started.

      Cons

      Mass hiring in my area. Hard to get orders. Order payout has dropped, and mileage in bundles has increased. Company took the prompt to tip your shopper off of the app, which has lead to a decrease in tips. Bonuses are few and far between. I guess they want to be like Instacart
