Talented & Fun Co-workers, Summer Hours, Quality Products and Fashion/Beauty network. Overall, my job meets my expectations. I own my own projects, am empowered to make decisions and feel supported by my manager. I am hopeful for career development and mobility as it was a big selling point at the time of recruitment.

Cons

There is no Culture! “One Shiseido” is a hollow slogan. No Flexible work policies. The systems are archaic and there is a severe lack of processes - both are detrimental to supporting the demands on growth, innovation and nimble decision making. The performance review process is stuck in the Dark Ages as the company rests its laurels on the benefits package offerings.

Pros

35 hour work week and you go home on time because the managers are so afraid you might do something to make them look bad.

Cons

A LOT of "cliques", health insurance is expensive, most managers have HS diploma or community college education only, advancement is non existant, if "they" don't like you find another job.

the most toxic work enviroment i have ever experienced. They do not care about their employees will lay you off with no warning. Benefits are bad, upper management is incredibly corrupt
