Pros

- Decent benefits - Good people, but they're not able to do their jobs well

Cons

- Leadership is out of touch - So much corporate red tape jobs can't be done with any amount of logic - Hiring managers value degrees over experience - Culture is gone. It has gone down especially over the last 2 years

Pros

Awful, awful place to work. Such a toxic enviorment.

Cons

Horribly toxic enviorment. The HR leaders are absolutely unfit to be in their positions. The CEO lets his friend run as the chief people officer totally disregarding his lack of experience, intelligence and leadership skills. The poor employees have to deal with an immature, selfish, inexperienced and unfit CPO.
