Pay is decent. There are plenty of people to trauma bond with.

Rules for THEE but not for ME! Management is there to party and delegate to their peons. Management is also extremely out of touch with modern practices. They do not understand workloads, they expect you to work 50+ hours a week. They also have a tendency to change directions with projects multiple times, not tell the parties involved, and never update the timeline. My way or the highway mentality, no inclusion with any decision making, they'll let you know what they want done. Chances are your manager is asking you to do something that they know nothing about nor how to make it happen. An honest opinion, if I could do it all over again, I would have never worked at this company.
