      Pros

      Small team in store. Had fun and got the job done well. Associates at my store were awesome. Still talk to some of them!

      Cons

      Very dated company. Uses very old technology within store that slows down transactions. Dial-up can be a nightmare when receiving phone calls and trying to ring up customers (90s!). Upper management had unrealistic scheduling in mind to achieve workload while not sacrificing customer service.

      You deal with customers trying to get over on you daily but other than that it's a laid back job

      Pros

      The store I worked at had a manager that was really flexible with scheduling, especially for students. The pay isn't bad if you get above associate, but only for students and people just trying to make some extra money.

      Cons

      District managers and corporate employees are not well educated on how things actually work in the stores.
