There is no pros for this greedy company they don't care about anything and they sell shoe's that don't last and they hire a bunch of people that don't have a clue

Cons

The company is a greedy joke the manager has no clue they never give you a raise they work you like dog's and could care less again SORRY COMPANY TO WORK FOR

Pros

Great store manager and district manager. Willing to work around college school schedule. Offered me a job when I had no luck anywhere else.

Cons

The pay sucks. Key holder's are basically assistant managers so they should be paid more than $8.50/hr. Cutting of hours causing manager and key holder to work days straight without a coworker present. 12 hours shifts(alone...especially after we had an armed robbery). No direct deposit. Sometimes to workload w as too much for us 4 employees especially when working alone. No lunch break.

Pros

Easy work sometimes and I have to write five words but thats about all the pros of this job.

Cons

Bad scheduling sometimes its overstaffed most times like in the morning its understaffed with only one person in the store its hard to move around help people watch out for shoplifters etc.
