Pros
Commission opportunity on sales you ring up yourself. Straight forward and easy to train in as a newbie. I took advantage of the opportunity to make even more money by taking over shifts of unreliable people who would call in at the last second. You can really shine here just by being on time and being willing to adjust your schedule as needed.
Cons
Coworkers would often be sneaky and ring up my customers when I was grabbing more options out of the storage room for a them. This would steal my commission. This one person was completely aware that I was helping a person and would jump in the second I was around the corner fetching an upsell accessory I had won over a customer on. I refused to confront them in front of a customer, and only played naive
