Overworked underpaid I know it’s kind of redundant to say it but in this case it really is the business itself did $1 million a year in sales but paid way under $100,000 a year in total salary for the entire store in four years, I received one $.25 Pay increase. I had good attendance frequently picked up extra shifts and did not have any write ups. I would not recommend this company at all. They also do not get back to the community as per their company guideline. Suggest in four years I work there I’ve never seen one cent go to any community project that was presented. Even nonprofit organizations would ask for donations. Shoe show always said no every single time. Terrible company not Christian at all.
