Pros

I honestly don't think there are any pros working for this company.

Cons

Felt very unappreciated by my manager, the company made me work on Thanksgiving, with no holiday pay at all, they will never let you work over time or full time, if youre a key holder or sale associate. They don't appreciate their employees and treat them like crap.

Pros

Only pro was I had a great Store Manager

Cons

only 2 pay raises in 10yrs had to beg to get those. Pay sucks for all employees. My store manager was expected to work 60 hr work weeks. No chance to advance. Passed over qualified employees for promotions and would give job to lazy people. POS system is horrible. All raises had to go through Mr. Rutherford. DM and SM have no say in pay increases.

Pros

Comfortable Weekly & direct deposit (finally).

Cons

No communication between store manager & district manager when needed. Takes forever to move up. When you have a legitimate question, DM just shrugs you off like your bothering them & tells you to just follow the styling guides. Dm expects special treatment than the customers in the same situation. Dm doesn't know the basics, & tells you to do something different & then ends up being wrong, lots of repetitive work for no reason, get into trouble for following the rules when a customer complains, only want to give you more money if you put in your 2 weeks notice, payroll % for scheduling is unrealistic, commission for sales associates is a joke with minimum wage going up, out dated dress code, out dated operations ie: cash registers, pos, special ordering, merchandise lookup, dial up, health issuance only useful to those located in the south & have high Co pays & weekly payments for it, doesn't donate anything to anyone for anything!
