Good store management, easy job tasks, and fun environment.

Cons

Out-dated store systems, no customer appreciation, no employee appreciation. There is no advancement opportunities or a possibility to build a career with this company. The owners are very rude, and HR is awful to deal with. Every body in their home-office that is supposed to support and help you in the store acts bothered and annoyed by the store employees. Just an awful company, had it not been for my amazing store manager I would have never stuck around as long as I have.

Pros

Customers, staff, selection of shoes, you don't have to ride customers backs about buying.

Cons

Manager works 48 hours, low pay, heavy shipment, cameras in stores and the don't tell you. Customers lose shoes, shoes are all over the place, in wrong boxes, just a mess.

There isn't any Pros, I wouldn't advise anyone to work for Shoe Show period point blank!!!!!!

Cons

Underpaid, work you like slaves, unprofessional store manager, District Manager or Corporate doesn't care anything about employees and a waste of time even contacting them!!
