Pros

Training was great and my coworkers were good to work with. The management at my store was always friendly and there to answer questions when you had them.

Cons

Only con was having to work on Sundays. Level of commission was difficult to meet, even in the busy season.

Pros

The job itself wasn't difficult. You just have to be able to talk to customers and sell shoes. Pay is minimum wage with 7% commission on what you sell.

Cons

Unless you're a manager you don't get paid time off. There are little to no promotions. Not a company you'd want to stay with forever.

Pros

The pay is really good if business is good.

Cons

Do not have a manager who shows favortism toward their employees. You will get screwed!
