Manager was excellent. Training was good. Commission is awesome. Stores are cleaned well. Other staff was good to work with. Location was convenient

Cons

Pay is little. Commission never seemed to turn out right. Always seemed like you sold way more than you received. Had to be full time for any time off no matter how much time you had in there. Lot of stock to be knowledgable about

Pros

The Shoe Dept has a great team work environment. Everyone is pleasant to work with and the staff/customer atmosphere is great. I like getting a month;y schedule over a weekly one.

Cons

I don't like that you don't get bereavement benefits. You get your hours cut often if sales aren't high and your shifts flip flop often on a weekly basis so its hard to schedule anything around it per month.

It can be good with the right staff and that's basically it. Damn this 20 word minimum...I mean seriously I have nothing else.

Cons

Feeling bad for being a woman. Incredibly sexist. Favoritism...don't even get me started. I've watched great people leave because the bad people just have friends in higher places to protect them.
