Pros

For those who prefer lots of free time, this is your job. Unless you're the manager you'll never EVER hit more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

Menial repetitive tasks all day long. Low pay. Low hours. No vacations because you have to work more than 40 hours a week for a set period but they will always cut you off at 39.75 Work on holidays. No extra pay. Greedy company with outdated and backwards policies and very little respect for employee's. The job gets old incredibly fast, one can only move boxes around and clean up after rude customers a billion times a day for so long. They still run computers and card machines off of Dial-up, it takes forever to run any purchases made that way. Just goes to show how cheap the company really is, even though they're "the number one shoe retailerer" You just feel like a peon and learn quickly to hate all forms of upper management. No respect for the little guys, you're just there to put cash in the man's pocket.
