Flexible hours, no real consequences for breaking rules, Good Human Resources department.

Cons

Worst/toxic management, little to no rules enforced, toxic employees, old technology, weird company rules, dirty work environment, family picnic atmosphere with employees and management, nothing gets done. Not enough employees working or scheduled, no security, too easy to steal with no consequences
