Pros

Shoe Dept offers a base pay starting as a keyholder of $9.50 plus 2% commission on all of the shoes you sale. The job requires typical retail hours and works well with high-school and college schedules.

Cons

Employees call out from being high-school kids. Many of the regional managers micromanage and expect new management staff to completely prevent theft.
