      Discrimination

      nothing worth noting at this point and time

      Cons

      HR is supposed to be neutral, but they are guilty of discrimination. If HR shows favoritism to their own department and certain employees. HR will make the work environment toxic if they dislike an employee. Yes, they will pick on an employee until they give up and quit. HR only promotes employees within their own department and rewards their department members recognition awards for just doing their job.
