      Pros

      Shop LC is a supportive environment that allows for a flexible schedule, provides great benefits, and otherwise looks out for its employees. Frequent bonuses in the form of profit-sharing. I am comfortable speaking candidly with my supervisor about any issue.

      Pay is fine but could be better

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement if you are not in the "inner circle." They constantly move people around and put individuals in management positions who are not qualified. A lot of nepotism in the company. You are not always given the tools to do your job and expected to meet outrageous goals. I was once told when I voiced my concern about completing a project on an impossible timetable, "If you dream it, you can achieve it." and sent on my way... Things are always being done last minute and planning ahead is not in this company's vocabulary. If you ever try to voice concerns to upper management, they will brush you off.
