HR team is pretty clueless with what they are doing. The policies and training is not in place at all. They need to have more classroom and in house training and there's no one to help with that area. I wanted to improve my overall training and surprised to see there was nothing provided. There is a lot of talk and presentations but personal development of employee is taken as the last resort. Salary isn't good either. No planned structure in place. Nepotism exists with the management the favorites get promoted.

I seriously waited giving this place the benefit of the doubt. That is until i spoke with other previous co workers who were recently terminated ALL FOR THE SAME EXACT REASON. How do agents go years without receiving any form of a DA them get 3 in a mth? This company has expanded to other countries and it seems like they are putting most of the work on those employees to be able to pay them less. If that's not the case the owners need to take a very close look at their CS managers and CS supervisors.
