People are friendly and willing to assist if you have questions. Fast paced environment. Upper management does recognize hard work and dedication. Room for growth if you seek it.

Cons

Implementing new software technology with minimal training and learning curve. However, once you build a rhythm and become familiar with processes, common sense can take over and things flow smoothly.
