Pros
I am with the company for more than 10 years and there are lots of good things to talk about, it's a very good place to learn and make progress in your career. I joined at ground level and worked up my way up to Managerial level and see a great future ahead. The work culture is good with lots of flexibility and Managers/Executive are very accommodating to say the least. The benefits are also very good and on par with some of the top companies out there in the Fortune List. Shop LC has made lots of changes and made huge progress in the last few years in how to make it a better place to work for and how to take care of the employees. There are several other benefits like Profit sharing, Employee recognition, Hope Scholarship, Training, etc. which sum up and becomes huge in the end. I have worked or seen other companies very closely and without any doubt it's right there at the top when you compare with others.

Tough to find one, lots of good people at the top who are making all the right moves to make it a great place to work for everyone.
