Pros
- Very very smart people to learn from and be inspired by - Exposure to huge scale systems - Not afraid to change and experiment with new technologies - Nice salaries (for Engineering, at least) - Decent perks - No micromanagement, flexible work hours - D90 (work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days) - Unlimited vacation
Cons
- Senior Leadership (C-level and direct reports) seem to get bored of the status quo once or twice a year and completely change everything - Often you might change teams because of a re-org and this may or may not impact your performance review progress - Promotions were once frequent, but now seem hard to come by
