      Pros

      Product is good and empowering entrepreneurs is a great mission. Benefits are decent. Great to gain experience on a global context.

      Cons

      It’s become toxic and adopted lots of poor management practices from very well known US tech companies. Just think of where the upper management hires from the past few years came from and you’ll figure it out. It’s quite interesting seeing the public vs internal spin on various policy changes.
