      - Great benefits, culture, mission, people, product - and more - There was tons of room for growth in the company if you worked hard and wanted it - Loved working here and would do it again

      - Lower pay than comparable roles at other companies - Pay wasn't fair across equal job levels - Constant change can become exhausting
