You are not expected to work longer than your scheduled hours. It's the responsibility of your lead to make sure you are equipped to manage your daily workload and not feel overwhelmed. So do please reach out if you feel it's a pain point for you! Regarding compensation, we frequently assess the salaries we provide to make sure they are competitive with the current marketplace. If this is something you'd like to discuss, you can definitely reach out to your HR representative to chat more about it!
