Great place but constant chaos

Pros

- You get to work with great, talented people - Really nice perks - Digital by design - Clear mission that is easy to empathize with (I loved our merchants)

Cons

- Changes are constant and come out of nowhere. You could be close to complete a project when suddenly it gets cancelled or needs to be redone on a new stack. - Young (a bit unexperienced) Senior Leadership with what felt little empathy for the regular employees.

Pros

I love all support and benefits which comes with this position. I can make an impact which is very important to me. My ideas can be heard. I work with highly talented and great people. I love all support, people and interest we share in this company, I have an opportunity to learn and take care of myself.

Cons

Working from home is a bit hard for me, I miss office vibes, however, I can't wait for bursting.

Pros

The culture is really shared among teams and people. It' was a real pleasure to work there for a few years.

Cons

The company was growing so it comes with its downsides. But if you are agile, you shouldn't be too worried about that. It comes as well with a lot of opportunities.
