Allows people from all kinds of work/educational backgrounds to step into the position. Decent stock at the time, generally nice gifts.

Cons

Supports terrible businesses, cares little for marginalized staffs' well-being and has suffocating protocols and rules that only benefit higher-ups. If you drink the Koolaid you'll be fine.
