The people are amazing, very supportive and care about you as a person. It is right on the lake and very close to a couple ski mountains so there is access to a lot of outdoor recreation year round. There is a ton of promotion from within the company. They get J-1 and H2B employees so you get to work with people from all over the world. There is a lot of diversity. Great spot for internships or MIT program. Huge for us on genuine and authentic service.

There can be long hours, but that’s hospitality!

Great benefits, health, dental vision, 401K with match! Love the outdoors by the lake! Great place to gain access to everything! Lots of promotion opportunities if you work hard.
