Pros

Scenic lake and beaches and a variety of services in town.

Cons

At first it appears as a great place to work as it is situated in a national forest and lake area . But if you reside in certain employee housing where you will encounter inconsiderate roommates and housing mates make noise during what should be quiet hours and trash the eating and bathing areas and you will rather pitch a tent on the landfills. Too many seasonal labor from foreign countries who spoke various languages. At times I felt like I was anywhere but in America.
