Pros

Offered multiple opportunities and amazing benefits. Fun fast paced ever changing environment! Get to meet a lot of people and the view at work never gets old.

Cons

To many chiefs. The boss structure is very loose as in you have a direct boss, but also I had multiple interactions with their boss and boss's boss and etc. I one point they I had 2 boss's above my boss telling me different things then each other and my boss.
