Work from anywhere policy. They work very hard to provide (hardware, training, etc.) what one needs to accel at their job. Team atmosphere.

No fitness reimbursement offered to employees.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Creating a conducive work environment, whether remote or in-office, is our priority, and I am happy to know you feel supported. Employee well-being is important to us, and while we do not currently offer direct fitness reimbursement, we’re always exploring new ways to enhance our benefits and support our employees' overall wellness. Our focus currently is on encouraging annual physicals and a relationship with a primary physician to earn the wellness credit. The monthly wellness credit offered can help cover fitness expenses.
