Great team, great benefits. Company profit sharing.

Cons

Only one team member in payroll so it's hard to get away for vacations but they work with you to find a solution.

Pros

Company just added floating holidays and a paternity/maternity leave this year. Most time spent in the office doing design, with some spent in the field during the summer. Exempt employees are paid straight overtime which is great for field observations in the summer. Culture is friendly, and there's lots of people willing to help you learn the next thing.

Cons

I would like to see more opportunities to work on different kinds of projects. That's the only reason I wouldn't rate 5 stars. I'm fairly new to this company, so this could easily change in the future.
