Flexible work locations: from home, from the office, a combination of both, and there are many office locations. Wide range of disciplines and services. Positive work environment and culture. Good communication from upper management. Good retirement benefits with employee ownership.

Cons

Company is large enough that collaboration across locations and disciplines can be hindered.

Cons

Limited career growth. Larger business structure separates management from employees(Compared to small business). Vesting Schedule. Healthcare benifits.
